(We hear really good things about Reina. Vote for only Reina as a single shot vote; don’t give the Democrats any votes w your 2nd vote)
LD6 Senate No Candidate (LD6 is dominated by Dems.  Last cycle Republicans didn’t put up any candidates to challenge Dems, not in the AZ State Senate nor the House seats.  This cycle at least we have 2 Republican candidates running for House to challenge the Dems.)

 https://ld11.vote/
LD12 Senate – Cara Vicini
LD12 House – Lawrence Hudson
(Lawrence Hudson is a mixed bag. He carries himself professionally, seems to have a good work ethic to stay on top of things & we believe him likely to be a strong conservative vote. His discernment is lacking in our view though. While we’ve not observed him participate in Saul Alinsky tactics, which are demonic & lead to tyranny no matter what party they originate out of, he has aligned himself w those doing Saul Alinsky tactics within the AZGOP & has voted in lockstep w them. The mantra of the ends justify the means & his close relationship w expelled state legislator Liz Harris is problematic. www.lizharrisexpulsiontruth.com Hudson will have the best chance of winning if you single shot vote for him & don’t use your other vote for a Democrat.)

LD21 House – Christopher Kibbey
(Vote for only Christopher Kibbey as a single shot vote; don’t give the Democrats any votes w your 2nd vote)
LD21 House
No Candidate
LD22 Senate
No recommendation (After observing Steve Robinson over a prolonged period & the tactics used intra party, we can’t in good conscience support his candidacy. The cult he is a part of are more driven by power for themselves by any means possible than the cause as a whole.  If someone was doing the right thing for the party, a candidate would be developed which matches the demographics of the district & that’s not Robinson. He will lose again. That said, last cycle LD22 didn’t get the petition signatures to get any candidates printed on the ballot. This cycle is an improvement. There is a candidate printed on ballot for each state legislature race in LD22 this cycle.)
LD22 House
No recommendation (The intra party culture in LD22 is problematic. We need new intra party leadership in LD22, one that does not align itself w demonic Saul Alinsky tactics which lead to tyranny no matter what political party they originate out of.)
LD23 Senate No recommendation (Our LD23 Senate candidate is a disaster, a forceful blind follower of Liz Harris & Shelby Busch; she doesn’t represent our party well, particularly to the voters in LD23. She’ll lose but if she did win she’d be nothing but problems within our state legislature just like Liz Harris was which got Harris expelled; https://lizharrisexpulsiontruth.com/)

Scottsdale City Council – Adam Kwasman
https://www.adamkwasman.com/ (Only vote for Adam Kwasman as councilman even though you have the ability to vote for more than one. The single shot vote for Kwasman increases the likelihood of him winning & the other options are not good options.)

JUDGES
Vote YES for all current judges.
(Katie Hobbs would appoint radical leftists in the place of any judge not reelected.)

PROPOSITIONS (The reason we have so many propositions this cycle is because Governor Katie Hobbs is a radical leftist who vetoed over 100 legislative bills just in the first session so the only way to get around her was for our state legislature to put items on the ballot for us to vote on that could limit governor emergency powers, help secure our border, help preserve local restaurants from having to shut down over rising inflation & labor costs…What is misleading is how the Propositions in the 400s are worded.  Every one of propositions in the 400s is a tax increase on us but they’re largely worded to dupe the uninformed into taxing themselves/all of us more.  If you aren’t convinced you want a proposition to pass, a No vote essentially keeps things in AZ the same on that issue.)

Proposition 133 –
Vote YES
Amends constitution to require state and local governments to only use the traditional primary election process. That allows political party voters to choose one person (or more in cases where more seats are being chosen, such as in the House or Corporation Commission) to be placed on the general election ballot. If passed, it would be a de facto ban on ranked-choice voting.
WE WANT A BAN ON RANKED CHOICE VOTING, IT’S JUST ANOTHER WAY FOR DEMS TO TRY & STEAL ELECTIONS MAKING ELECTIONS MUCH MORE OPAQUE
Proposition 134 –
Vote YES
Would amend the state’s constitution around citizen-led ballot initiatives. The measure, if passed, would require that in order to get an initiative on the ballot, citizens would need to gather a number of signatures equivalent to 10% of votes cast in the most recent race for governor in each legislative district for changes to state statute and 15% from each legislative district for constitutional amendments.
WE’RE IN FAVOR OF Proposition 134. RIGHT NOW SOROS MONEY PAYS SIGNATURE GATHERERS TO GET CITIZEN INITIATIVES ON THE BALLOT THAT ARE MEANT TO HARM CITIZENS & THOSE SIGNATURES ARE TYPICALLY GATHERED IN A LIMITED AREA OF THE STATE. IF THE PROPOSITION IS GOING TO IMPACT ALL OF THE STATE THEN SIGNATURES SHOULD BE GATHERED FROM ALL OVER THE STATE. DOING SO WILL MAKE IT MORE DIFFICULT FOR SOROS & THE WORLD ECONOMIC FORUM TO HARM AZ THROUGH THE PROPOSITION PROCESS.
Proposition 135 –
Vote YES
Amends the constitution to require the termination of any emergency powers granted to the Governor during a state of emergency 30 days after the proclamation unless extended by the Legislature, with some exceptions. Requires the governor to call a special legislative session on the emergency if 1/3 of lawmakers sign a petition.
WE WANT TO LIMIT GOVERNOR EMERGENCY POWERS, PARTICULARLY AFTER THE ABUSE OF THEM DURING COVID.
Proposition 136 – No position
(It sounds good & many conservatives plan to vote Yes but this can cut both ways if the Dems start gaming it as they commonly do w everything else.)
Initiative challenges: Changes constitution to allow anyone to challenge the constitutionality of a proposed initiative in court if they bring the challenge at least 100 days before the election. If a court determines it violates the state or federal constitution, it will not be placed on the ballot.
SOUNDS LIKE A GOOD IDEA BUT IT COULD BE ABUSED DEPENDING ON THE JUDGE.
Proposition 137 – No position
(Many conservatives plan to vote Yes but we see the potential for abuse from either political persuasion so we are not taking a position on it. We are actually leaning NO on this one to keep judge retention entirely in the hands of voters.)
Changes constitution to eliminate the regular retention elections for trial, appellate and supreme court judges. Replaces it with elections that are held only if the judge commits certain crimes, files for bankruptcy or has a foreclosure or has performance issues. Chief justice of the Supreme Court decides if judges must have an election. Would be retroactive, meaning any judge not retained by voters in November would still keep their seat. Small counties would retain their current system of election of judges. Elected judges in small counties not.
Proposition 138 – Vote YES

(This is good policy for the economy so more private businesses & restaurants stay in business & can offer more private sector jobs but everyone agrees it should be passed as a prop. Restaurants are being squeezed out of business by inflation. This prop should help keep more restaurants in business & more private sector jobs w less government dependency keeping gov debts lower.  The more private sector jobs, the more competition for workers and that demand can raise pay w the economy strengthening.)

Constitutionally changes Arizona minimum wage law to allow restaurants and other businesses that have employees who earn tips to pay up to 25% less than the minimum wage if the employer can prove that those workers actually earn at least $2 per hour more than the minimum wage.
Proposition 139 – Vote NO
It’s designed to change the AZ State Constitution to allow for abortion to the day of birth. If passed, it will be impossible to undo.
Proposition 140 – Vote NO
Dems want to destroy election integrity & the ability to audit our elections.  If you believe in election integrity, as most of us should, you definitely want to vote NO on Prop 140.
Proposition 311 – No position
Amends constitution to require Arizona to pay $250,000 to the surviving spouse or dependent of a first responder killed in the line of duty through 2033 and establishes a $20 penalty fee on every criminal conviction to pay for the new benefit. A first responder is any peace officer, firefighter, fire marshal or emergency medical technician or paramedic. Broadens criminal law to allow more serious assault charges to be brought against anyone assaulting a first responder; previous law only covered law enforcement officers. The argument for this is we need more good people to step up to be police officers & this could help w that.  The argument against it is more government spending & if we respected, supported & appreciated our officers we’d get more that way.  If the culture improved towards law enforcement less officers would be at risk & it would not require more government spending.
WE DO NEED TO SUPPORT OUR LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT & FIRST RESPONDERS MORE, THE ELECTORATE WILL DECIDE IF THIS IS THE BEST WAY TO DO THAT
Proposition 312 – No position
(We’re leaning to vote Yes given this is a rising problem across the nation but we see the potential for it to be abused intentionally to tied up local gov & raise expenses for them.)
Requires local governments to refund property taxes if a property owner can show they’ve had expenses because the government did not enforce laws or had a practice or policy of not mitigating problems associated with the homeless population.
Proposition 313 – Vote YES
Life in prison for child sex trafficking: Increases penalty for a first offense of crimes defined as child sex trafficking from a presumptive 20 years in prison to a mandatory life sentence with no chance of parole.
WE DON’T WANT CHILD SEX TRAFFICKING & IT’S ONLY GOTTEN WORSE W BIDEN HARRIS OPEN BORDERS.
Proposition 314 – Vote YES
Allows law enforcement officers to arrest and jail people who crossed the border from Mexico into the U.S. outside of a port of entry on a new state ‘‘illegal entry’’ charge. Allows judges to order those convicted of illegal entry deported after serving a sentence and requires state prisons to hold them if local jails are full. Those charged can agree to deportation before a conviction and charges will be dropped. Creates a new low-level felony for someone in the country without legal permission who applies for or receives benefits such as public housing. Creates a new high-level felony law for those who sell fentanyl that leads to an overdose death, with a presumptive sentence of 10 years in prison.
THIS IS OUR STATE TRYING TO DEFEND ITSELF FROM WHEN A PRESIDENT LIKE BIDEN DOESN’T ENFORE THE BORDER.
Proposition 315 – Vote YES
Requires the Legislature to approve or reject any regulation adopted by a state agency and approved by the governor’s rulemaking review agency that may lead to costs to businesses of more than $500,000 over five years.
AGENCIES HAVE BEEN RUNNING AMUCK WHICH IS WHY WE GOT THE U.S. SUPREME COURT RULING THAT WE DID SCALING BACK AGENCY POWER. THIS IS A GOOD IDEA BECAUSE THERE IS SOME ACCOUNTABILITY BEING ASSIGNED TO THE PROCESS.
Proposition 479 – Vote NO
Extends current transportation tax through 2046 & half of that money is advancing the World Economic Forum global communist technocracy agenda.  We’re getting screwed w the current transportation tax.  We need a reset to serve us not big gov control w that money &/or cut the spending out going to the WEF agenda.
Proposition 486 – Vote NO
Increases spending limit from $52 mill to $105 mill & our resources tell us that’s not necessary.
Proposition 487 (Phoenix Only) – Vote YES
Jim Waring is one of our last trusted conservatives on Phoenix City Council & he tells us plainly that 65%-70% of Phoenix City Council’s budget goes to public safety.  Public safety is at low levels today & he doesn’t see a realistic path to cutting spending to make up the difference needed to ensure safety of residents.
Proposition 488 (Phoenix Only) – Vote NO

The general plan is voted to be changed at almost every city council meeting regardless so this prop doesn’t seem to do a lot. There are left wing advocacy groups pressuring the World Economic Forum global communist technocracy agenda onto Phoenix City Council. If this passed, it would only strengthen their position. We recommend a NO vote for that reason.
Proposition 489 (Phoenix Only) – No position
Leaning NO.  The pay for the Mayor & City Council is on the lower side but as voters we feel you should give raises to those who do a good job & in our view most of Phoenix City Council, and certainly the Mayor, has governed too left wing & not fiscally responsible enough.
Proposition 490 (Scottsdale Only) –
Vote NO
Our sources tell us the current Mayor (David Ortega) has put Scottsdale $150million over budget & this is a tax scam to get the money. Previous Mayor Lane & current Councilman Graham, both opinions respected by our club, are urging a NO vote on Prop 490.
Proposition 491 (Scottsdale Only) –
Vote NO

Proposition 497 (Gilbert Only) – Vote NO
Proposition 498 (Gilbert Only) – Vote NO

If you are in Maricopa County, you can check your ballot status at www.beballotready.vote That link will also identify where there are voting locations & drop boxes.
Our recommendation is to vote early & then help chase ballots of Republicans & right leaning Independents to be turned in. Not to turn your ballot in early wastes a lot of time, energy & money of our conservative activist organizations to chase ballots of conservatives so their ballots get turned in. As soon as your ballot is received by the county recorder, you are taken off of the list & our activists can chase other ballots. It’s not smart to try & win a metaphorical football game in the last 3 minutes of the game when we could have a problem on election day like we did w printers & scanners last cycle. We believe it’s smart to want to beat the Dems handily in every quarter! We need to win; TOO BIG TO RIG!!

Turning Point Action has a great system in place if you want to volunteer & help chase ballots.  They offer training every weekday.  Here’s where to sign up: www.tpaction.com/commit
